MBD is a *****!

MBD is a total *******. They called me in Nov for an disused ABSA account that had charges of R560. I was told to pay a discounted amount into their (MBD) account, which I did. I have since been hounded by their own call centre people as well as McRobert's Attorneys for the amount. They claim to record all calls and when I have referred call centre operatives back to the calls, they can see the conversation and each one tells me they will escalate the issue to somene who can sort out the paid up letter. The McRoberts attorneys tell me I have to get a paid-up letter, but this is impossible. I have phoned MBD on countless occasions asking to speak to a manager. Lindiwe the manager, is obviously never at her desk and also never returns calls. They are a complete *****. Legal action should be taken against them!!!!!!!!!!!!!
