MBD is a ****
MBD has been calling me for a account that I was owing then they told me they will give me 20% discount on the debt I requested they send me a settlement letter of which they did I was told to make payment on the 9th of August of which I couldn't pay because of other reasons though the letter stipulated that it is valid for 7 working days and payment was made on the 12th of August 2024 when I requested for my paid up letter I was told that I'm still owing because I did not make payment on the 9th meaning the letter they sent to me is not valid for them. MBD are ****mers!!! They trap people and I was not told by the agent who called me that if I do not pay on the 9th then my discount lapses.

I decided to resolve it amicably by paying the rest of The money even though I am not happy about how you handled my issue. Your letters are just sent and you do not take them into account and what is written on it but I have learned my lesson. I am just waiting patiently for my paid up letter.
