MBD IS A DISGUSTING LAW FIRM

My Edgars account was handed over to MBD, received numerous calls and annoying letters. Eventually was offered 60% discounted settlement figure on the outstanding balance in July 2014 which was paid promptly then that was the last i heard from them. Been calling MBD day and night requesting a paid up letter however was always been sent from pillar to post or being placed on hold for long until their inconsistent agents cut the call. The balance was never written off to get the account closed. In May 2015 i received a threatening call from ARA Attorneys regarding the same account which was supposed to be closed. I am battling to do many things since there is a negative status on my credit report all because of dishonesty and ********* service MBD provides. I am busy preparing all the necessary documents and correspondence i received from MBD to take this matter further should this not get resolved ASAP!!!!!!
