I just came off a conversation with one of the consultants asking for a statement,to my suprise rudely she asked me what do i wanna do with a statement,i rep**** i wanna see how my account is going because you keep sending me a link for a statement but it never opens,she starts reading the contents of a statement,then i ask,my i please get a quartely statement she tells me she can't provide me with a proper statement so i must ask Absa,i must ask them for a statement,i mean am i been ****med here and it looks like the credit bureau is in on it,cause i have raised the issue that Mbd does not update after i pay them,sometimes i pay them twice a month but still no update,they always make sure to keep 1 month in arrears
