MBD is a ****
I think MBD is a ****. I settled my account and was promised that a settlement letter will be sent to me in 48hours…. It’s been 3 weeks. I’ve contacted them several times and they promise to send me the letter, nothing has been sent.
My credit profile is still not updated and I’m being impacted negatively.
