MBD is ****

I was handed over to MBD, arrangements were made for payment and payment was made October 27 2021 Expecting all was paid and all parties involved were informed. 17th February comes and I get a hand over letter from the same account that was paid thru MBD, apparently. Numerous phone calls all adding up to almost 3 hours of talk time on my contract and still no results just empty promises all the time that it would get sorted.
