After numerous email i have sent to tshephisho, confirming the cancellation of dept, i have not gotten any feedback, the only thing i keep getting is the "My account is in arreas" sms. This is so frustrating because all the agents will tell you the same thing, send the mail to us, which will never be rep**** to. Total incompetence, but they call themselves professional credit solution. Just bunch of idiots.

I m still correct in saying that you are ***********, even you COMPLAINTS OFFICER, a year and a half later I m still defaulted with LUCID, how else do you want to mess my life? I don't want to waist my time and money calling MBD with regards to this, You COMPLAINTS OFFICER, before you come and publish this resolution, you should have done a spot check. Please remove my name from LUCID, i don't want any association with you at all, that is why i pay my debts all the time. I will personally hold Chase Tracking company responsible for this, they should have chosen a better Collection Company, I won't even need an attorney to fight this, this is all the proof i need in court. You are so quick to submit names to be defaulted but not quick to remove them.
