Are the staff at mbd that *********** that in a year,s numerous request not once have they been able to provide me with a detailed statement that i am entitled to by law all they can provide is balances what have they got to hide?

Pity you are still non compliant with the law you only sent a incomplete statement same tactics as before says a lot for mbd? I ones again request that you send a section 129 letter and summons so this matter can be put to bed in court once and for all at least there you will no longer be able to duck and dive any more!
