Mbd incompetence

I have been harassed non stop, I closed my Absa bank account in march 2021. They stopped for a bit when I said that I wanted proof of me signing for a credit card that had R6000 outstanding that I never ever took out. But the last month they've been harassing for R1600 suddenly. I haven't had an Absa account for 2 years. I have emailed and asked them to remove my details from their system but with no luck. They go quiet for a few months and then suddenly start harassing again.
