MBD Incompetence
The Foschini group sold my debt to MBD. I have already claimed prescription and neither Foschini nor MBD could provide proof that my debt has not prescribed.
However just getting that simple letter seems like climbing kilimanjaro. I sent them another email on 12 July, no one even bothered to confirm that they have received the email.
MBD i will not be paying you for a debt that no longer exists just send me the letter so i also have proof of prescription.
Anyone reading this: note. You send them an email they ignore you for 21 working days you file a complaint with the Legal Practitioners Council. Especially when they harras you for prescribed debt it is ******* for them to do so.
