MBD Incapable of Updating their system
On numerous occasions telephonically and via e-mail have advised and sent through a copy of court order proving I am under sequestration. However, the consultants at MBD do not have the ability to update their system and keep harassing me on a DAILY basis with calls. I am receiving sms's threatening legal action despite me calling and explaining to them I am under sequestration and once again forwarding e-mails (11 in total) with a copy of the court order. This is unacceptable.
