MBD incapable of doing their jobs!!!
I had 3 accounts with this *********** company. Why Creditors use them is beyond me.
Anyway, i paid up all 3 accounts 1 year ago and they STILL have not closed it with the credit bureaus.
Johanna who is supposed to be the manager (what a joke) avoids my calls, doesnt call me back... No answers their phones. I have gotten no joy from these people. i am going to the Ombudsman on Monday so i better hear from you today still!!! i also want these accounts closed TODAY!!!!!! You are messing with my name and credit record!!!!!
