MBD Inc is IMCOMPOTANT!!!!!

Received this from MBD INC today.... No further extension. We are proceeding with legal steps. Call MBDINC today on *** regarding ur acquired SBSA CC acc.

On 02/12/2021 I requested a settlement.....didn't receive feedback. On 03/12/2021 I requested a settlement......STILL NO RESPONSE.

On 03/12/2021 I paid R5000 as a settlement amount, seeing that I never receive any feedback, but they are quick to call and requesting more money. After several calls I received an emailed statement from their attorneys which showed an amount outstanding of about R280. Today they want to take legal action for an outstanding amount of more than R800.

Maybe you should actually start doing your jobs and give clients feedback when you receive a request!!!!! Please do me a favour and SUE ME!!!! I have the proof of my requests.....do you????? You record your calls as well, so please forward me all my calls made to you!!!!!
