MBD Inc AGAIN!

I see that I am not the only one struggling to get a paid up letter from this place. They are quick to harass a person to pay, with all sorts of tricks... But useless when it comes to paid up letters!

I have phoned them 6 times already just for a paid up letter. Can it really be this difficult to send me this letter?? Firstly I was told it can take up to 14 days to capture the payments. Really???? and secondly, it will be quicker to get the letter from the 3rd party as they first have to request a letter... After phoning the 3rd party, I was told that they can't assist as the payment does not reflect. After the 5th call, I as told that I will receive a letter by close of business the following day, as 15:00 was to late to get the letter... Apparently, close of business the following day means anything between a week and a year later... My biggest concern at this time is that they will phone me again after a month to claim more money from me!
