I am absolutely disappointed as to how nondumiso zulu spoke to me over the phone she is so rude and disrespectful i made arrangements to pay 200 every month on my dept and when i last spoke to her she didnt send me banking details and now when i tell her on the 15th of November ill pay in the 200 she starts talking to me so rudely and being so unprofessional. I require who ever is in cbarge to contact me and i want thw recordings of that call for the 27-10-23.
