MBD in breach of POPI Act

MBD are a bunch of illiterate idiots, they have been requested seweral times to stop calling my ex partner, she and I have not been together for almost a year, yet they dont give a flying ****, they keep sharing my personal information with her for some or other reason, after both she and I advised them that we are no longer together, how they got her information as well is a dam mystery as far as I know she last worked at a pub now she works some where else and I dont even have the number, but some how they got it so MBD is now putting her job at risk as well..... Is it normal for debt collection companies to employ stupid people who can bearly read, write or understand basic english or is the company as a hole illiterate????, does one need to take it further to the NCA, NCR, POPI act regulator and social media before these idiots stop harrasing and sharing my personal financial information with some one who is for almost 2 years no longer part of my life
