MBD *******ly using contact numbers for phoning and sms'ing

I have outstanding accounts that has been handed over. On the contact information MBD has numbers that they use, that has never been given to them or shared from the original account owners.

With multiple calls to MBD to ask them to remove those numbers, MBD has done nothing about it.

What is the process for MBD to remove numbers that they are not allowed to call or send SMS's to?

Never in my life has a company embarrased me so much by calling and smsing people that has got nothing to do with my personal life!!!
