Mbd ignored my request of the prescribed debt
I have sent emails to this legal collection asking for a Prescribed debt confirmation, the only response I received was escalated to the right department. The last email was sent on the 1st February 2026. Escalating was on the 5th and today is 11th. That was the second request already.
