MBD horrible business practices

I have settled an outstanding account with Makro after requesting a settlement letter from MBD. Debt was paid in March 2023 but to date I can't seem to get it cleared against my credit profile. I have followed up several times with Ntebaleng Kwenaite and Abram Matjila to no success. Either my mail is ignored or the reply is not forthcoming about a resolution. Why is it easy to collect the money but so difficult to clear customer debts?

From reading other reviews online it is clear that MBD will purely reply on this platform and do nothing further about disgruntled queries. They do not want to provide escalation processes so that this matter is resolved. Disappointing service, ***** business practices. Acknowledgement of my review will not suffice, reply with your processes for escalations!
