MBD highly unprofessional

This is such a **** with highly unprofessional assistance and can never get hold of the supervisor. Can anyone help how I can get hold of Tshepo clearly he is unreachable neither does he respond to emails. They are debating my account every month and I want to cancel that and pay up what I have to pay getting hold of them is a mission. The reviews on this company really means they are not even giving any attention to customer care
