MBD have still not responded or sorted this out
Last week I posted a complaint with regards to MBD. Their updated response to this report was that they have contacted me directly and sorted this out 'amicably' I have, to date, not received a phone call or even an email from them. So I am not sure how they have sorted this out if they have never contacted me? this is confusing. To date I have still not even received the breakdown I have requested time and time again from them. MBD please advise how you spoke to me, as I have had nothing from you.
