MBD HARRASSMENT FOR ACCOUNT THATS NOT MINE

Who HAS AN ISSUE WITH MBD?? These people at this COLLECTIONS AGENCY / Attorneys are pathetic. They have no Morals, no ethics and harass people. As of Feb 2021, I am harassed 5x a week by this beast of an agency. They have no regard for human decency or common courtesy. I have been harrased non stop for a Virgin Active Account allegedly on my name. Account was opened in 2010 as they say. Then they say handover account was bought by Munnick Basson DA gama in 2018 which is MBD.

Since 2018... It's now 2021... Nobody has contacted me regarding a virgin active account. 3 years that these creeps own this account. But until Feb 2021 when I app**** for a loan, which I did get approved from my bank, suddenly these parasites MBD has my personal details and start tormenting me.

You know what the funny part is.... Tbe details that they have.... Hahahhaha..... Is of a place I rented in Randburg in 2007. That's the details on the mms they send me.

Lol best part is... Since Feb 2021 I have asked them 7x to send me this virgin active contract that they bought... I asked them to email, but ALAS.... it's now 27th May 2021... I got F-ALL.

SO I CALLED YESTERDAY... cos THESE PATHETIC LOSERS HAVE STILL NOT SENT ME THOSE DOCS AND I'M ON A BAD CREDIT LISTING SITE. The Agent told me call customer services and they will send me the Contract......

So today I got a call to say I owe an amount... So I was like what..... Repeat it... She gave me tbe amount. I was wth... Tell me what was the amount yesterday.... Cos remeber I called yesterday and I got X amount on sms and on the call with agent.... And today 24 hours later ... X amount went up by almost R400. So in one day they added about R400 to the existing X amount. I was ****ed off. Is that even legal?? Oh and Vuyilwe HUNG UP on me cos she cudnt answer questions, BUT SHE WANTS ME TO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIS DEBT IS MINE. IS SHE OFF HER FKING HEAD??? WHEN I HAVE BEEN TELLING THESE MAGGOTS SINCE FEB, I NEVER VISITED A VIRGIN ACTIVE, LET ALONE HAVE A CONTRACT. BUT DUMB @SS UNEDUCATED STAFF DONT GET THAT. NOR DK THEY EVEN HAVE HUMILITY OR RESPECT... THE ARROGANCE IS BEYOND ME.

I EMPATHISE WITH CALL CENTRE STAFF... BUT THE DUMB STAFF AT THIS MBD IS ***********, UNSKILLED AND TALENTLESS. JUST LIKE HOW THEY HATRASS ME AND TRY TO MAKE ME FEEL SMALL, AND THEY HUMILIATE ME, NOW THEY GET THE SAME TREATMENT BACK.

ANYWAYS SO customer care tells me, they can't send me emails of documents... They only take calls. Lol but yesterday I was told to call customer care to request for the contract. They even Confirmed my email address. Hahahaha ha. But today THE LADY TOLD ME IT IS NOTED AND SHE will send it to customer care.... COS she only take calls... BUT SHE ANSWRED WITH THANK U FOR CALLING CUSTOMER CARE, HOW CAN I HELP.... ALSO THE RECEPTIONIST TRANSFERRED ME TO CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT. SO WHO IS LYING TO WHOM??

ALSO THESE IDIOTS HANG UP THE CALL WHEN U ASK QUESTIONS.

I WILL BE GOING TO THE HEAD OFFICES. AND I'M TAKING MY MEDIA TEAM WITH ME... JOURNALISTS AND CAMERA CREW.

I HAVE REPORTED TO CARTE BLANCHE, AND DEVI SANKAREE GOVENDER, WENDY KNOWLER, AND I WILL BE SEEKING ADVICE FROM MY LEGAL TEAM.
