MBD Harrassment

Good day MBD provided me with a settlement amount which I am due to pay at month end. They however now no longer have record of this settlement amount and requested the full outstanding amount. They are not prepared to email you the correspondence related to this settlement and harrass me continuously for an amount not agreed to. I have asked them to escalate it and have not been contacted by them. They also expect me to call them back instead of emailing the relevant information.
