MBD HARRASSMENT AT MY WORKPLACE

Wish I could give them 0 stars. They're harassing me daily at my workplace for a debt that to the best of my knowledge should be prescribed. The way I've been spoken to doesn't sit well with me either. They phone daily and I honestly don't know what's going to change from one day to the next. I'm sick to death of having to explain the situation over and over again. One rude female consultant screamed at me that 2 of my colleagues heard her and I was so embarrassed. Had the nerve to tell me that she'll phone me 3 or 4 times a day should she deem it necessary. Another one I was just fed up and asked her flat out who does she think she is to talk to me like that. I've sent countless emails and 3 different people have responded and then I hear nothing further. I was given another email address of the superior and I've emailed the supposed complaints officer but all to no avail. I sit in the reception area and man the switchboard and this constant harrassment is hampering my duties and it's hugely embarassing for me to sit and talk about this in the reception area where everyone can hear. Pleas to stop harassing me at my workplace have fallen on deaf ears. These people should not be working with the public. Out of the thousand calls 3 consultants have treated me with dignity and respect. The 2 gentlemen unfortunately their names I cannot remember but the lady was Masedi. Before I forget. I was on leave in December house sitting for a friend. Much to my embarrassment my colleague phoned me to tell me that a debt collector has been calling for me constantly despite her telling them that I'm on leave and would only be back in the new year. You have no idea how worthless your consultants make a person feel. It's a disgrace to say the least.
