MBD harrassment and incompetence

MBD is very unprofessional and disorganised. I receive a minimum of three harrassing calls per day, and each time request that they contact me per email as I wish to request documentation proving their claims. Zero response. Just ongoing harrassing phonecalls and rude staff. Are these people even legit, or ********??? If they were legit surely they would have no problem contacting me via email and providing the documentary evidence I request?
