Mbd harrassing me when ive paid them up

*** I have been paying off my edgars account for more than 3 years to the same bank account. Mbd consultants call me daily saying i havent paid since Nov 2021. They called in February saying my settlement discount is R609 if i pay end of Feb. I pay them R691 and they still calling me saying my outstanding balance is R1039...They actually owe me money now since i paid them a total of R1391 since Dec21. Everytime they call they tell me to send proof of payment to *** *** Ive done it countless times but no reply email. So this consultant today says that in Dec 21 they changed bank details. Are u kidding me. Who did u tell Mbd. Meanwhile R23 if u call in R5.75 when they call u and dont get hold of you and per sms. R28.75 call out fees and R46 commission fee and R14.35 for emails sent to you

Ive spamed their mailbox with my proof of payment email. Ill be sending my bill for all the emails ive sent you.

I think its time for the ombudsman to intecede.
