MBD HARRASMENT

Since 2016 MBD has been harassing me for a Virgin Active Account that I have settled long ago I have emailed to them the proof of payment to a Manager I spoke to a Manager who dropped the call on me.Honestly I'm fed up of this company and now they have begun to harrass some of my family which is ridiculous.I don't even want to go into the stinking Behaviour of their Agents.I have to keep explain to them that on the 30th June 2016 I spoke to Sabelo (one of there ever changing consultants)who gave me the details to deposit the money then like 2hours later a Nadia called me and I spoke to her and till today I'm still singing the same song I have have the numbers they called me on written on my deposit slip.
