MBD Harrasment

<p>I recently got a call from an MBD employee insisting that I pay my Virgin active account, After trying to explain that I do not have a Vitign active account he persisted me paying the account. I then told him that if I do in fact owe an amount to virign active which I dont as I havent signed a contact with them, he must then send em a signed contact that I have signed with Virign active. He then said that I have to write a letter to MBD requesting this. I have never in my life seen something like this. how can you conifrm someone's date of birth on the phone and harras them but not provide proof from the same person if its required??</p>
