MBD Harrasing me

Good day<br> I have a problem with MBD Attorneys sending me letters for a court judgement for a bought Truworths account that was handed over in 2002 for collection. When I placed a complaint on Hello Peter last year a lady by the name Zukiswa Mhlobo responded to my email that they apologize and have been instructed to close off the collection file again now, 2 week ago a sheriff came at my house to deliver a letter for a court judgement really? Hasn't this account prescribed? Its been 13 years and now this???? I need Help please kindly assist<br> <br> Kindest regards,<br> <br> Phindile Mwelase
