MBD Harrasing Me

<p>I had 3 cell phone contracts with Virgin Mobile more than 3 years ago, I was retrenched in April 2013, I had insurance with techsure for the cell phone contracts, techsure got a settlement amount for Susan Phenyane for Virgin mobile to settle the accounts, techsure paid Virgin Mobile the full settlement amound and the outstanding amound was confirmed by Susan Phenyane, on the 10th of June 2013,</p> <p>techsure paid the confirmed settlement amount on 24 June 2013 to Virgin Mobile.</p> <p>Now suddenly this year I start getting threatning letters, sms, and phone calls from MBD legal collections, I have send all my proof document to them noumerence times, and them i havent hear from them for about 3 months, and today they send me a letter to make payment arrancements, ( on a letterhead) I phone MBD, after about 30min holding on I eventualy got hold of someone , I ask to speak to the director Carl A G de Villiers as per the letterhead, and then be told that there is not such a persone , they never head of the person , wich make me think are this company legit? so i try explaining my problem with the operator just to get the phone droped in my ear again,</p> <p>I dont know what to now, i have send all my proof of payments, all the stating documents to Virgin Mobile about 20 times, and i have send all the document to MBD, and it seems like no one is sorting this matter,</p> <p>Im been Harras and bul**** by this people, for monies thats been paid more than 3 years ago.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
