MBD harassment regarding my ex deceased husbands debt.
I have been receiving messages on my cellphone about debt my ex-husband owed to Woolworths. I have not been married to him for nearly 4 years and since our divorce he has passed away. I have contacted MBD with regards to their harassment in this regard and have been assured that notes have been made on the system so that I would not be contacted again. So to my surprise I received another sms this morning threatening me in regards to my deceased ex-husbands outstanding debt. So I called MBD again this morning to try to clear this matter up. I got through to the call center where I asked to speak to a supervisor, but the operator refused to transfer me. So again I spoke to an *********** call center agent that ended up putting the phone down on me, because I could not give her a death certificate for my ex-husband! I have now started looking at the channels available to me to report them. Also pretty sure that it is ******* for them to share information about my ex-husbands debt with me...
