MBD Harassment on the highest level

MDB debt collectors, who are collecting debt on behalf of Woolworths are absolutely the worst. They harass even the incorrect person. They are ruthless, insensitive and utterly rude. The so called consultants who make these calls have no tact and no way of dealing with people. Harassment all hours of the day all week long, they claim their calls are being recorded etc yet you can tell them everyday that you are not the person they are looking for but you are guaranteed to get calls again and again. As Woolworths I would be embarrassed to be associated with the likes of MDB collection agency.
