MBD HARASSMENT - NO interest in solving my CASE with VODACOM
HARASSMENT *** only constantly sends out letters of demand, they do not READ the replies with Documented VODACOM contract cancellation. Eventually someone at the call centre asked me to Whatsapp her everything, which I did 12 days ago. BUT I am still being harassed with emailed letters and smses. NO-ONE takes any notice that I owe VODACOM nothing, VODACOM acknowledged my Contract Cancellation more than 30 days before the contract ended. SHOCKING SERVICE
