MBD - Harassment for two years now

MBD keeps harassing me with daily phone calls and SMS's about an Edgars account being in arrears. This has been happening for about two years now. I've NEVER in my life had an Edgars account. Even after phoning MBD twice and being promised that my nr will be removed from their database, the extremely irritating calls and sms's continue. I've blocked numerous MBD numbers but every time they just use a new nr to harass me further. I honestly don't know what to do. I'm at the point of filing charges for harassment.
