My Complaint: I lodged a complaint of data which is being reversed by MTN monthly on contract ph no ********** 185 and was given a ref no ********** 9 by a 'Nathi'. Nathi inormed how to check data-usage and we fond the 4,58 mb was used on this particuler date, whilst all of the data disappeared. The phone's battery was flat and was on charge the entire day and was therefore not utilised (although data disappeared. This happens every month and not only with this reported incident. After receipt of zero feedback after the promised 48 hours, I phoned again on 24 March 2016 (2 weeks later) at 13h18 to enquire on the status, after which Customer Care informed me that no record exists of the complaint. I was then given ref no ********** 84 and was again promised feedback within 48 hours. I followed up again on 14 April 2016 (3 weeks later) and spoke to 'Veliswa' who gave me ref no. ********** 69 and again promised feedback within 48 hours. It is now 17th of April 2016 and still no feedback. Also, when you phone, you ar transferred from ''Pontius'' to 'Pilot'' with no-one taking responsibility.
