MBD - harassment

I am under debt review for the last 14 months. These people / call agents are calling me at 7am in the morning., as well as 3-4 times during the day - every time using another number. When I do decide to answer they put down the phone. Of all the creditors they are the only ones phoning - do they not know what is debt review. They get their payments every flippen month. Can I get a harassment order against them?
