MBD Harassment Calls and their Rude Customer Care Consultants

I am getting harassing calls from MBD on a daily basis about a Mr Van Der **** - I have told them that I am not the person they are looking for but the calls continue. I spoke to a gentlemen a while back who promised that my number will be removed, I tried calling their customer care at *** and the call was answered by a very RUDE and *********** consultant who did not even listen to me - she just hung up. Don't know if that is how your consultants are trained but it's abuse to us who are getting calls about unknown individuals / debts and don't get any help when we call back. Again I am not Mr Var Der**** - can I have my privacy back - alternatively e-mail me details of what it is I am being harassed about so it can be dealt with lawyer to lawyer.
