MBD Harassment
I was handed over for a Virgin Active account. MBD started to contact me for payment. I made all payments but still I owe according to MBD. Never received a statement or email. The last call center person, Dudu Majola, was the rudest person I ever spoke to. MBD is unable to use my credit for a +/_ amount of R60 to give me my paid up letter. Nhlosokihle Ngombela refuse my paid up letter.
