MBD harassment at its worst!!!
My mom in law passed away December 2020. We handed in all paperwork to MTN but account was handed over to MBD. I don't know how or where they even got my phone number from but they are constantly harassing me with telephone calls and sms's even after I emailed them the death documents 3 times. I refuse to send it again because of their incompetence. When I ask where they got my number from they don't give me a response. Where do I lay a charge of harassment? I'm now sick of this!!!!
