MBD Harassment and unprofessional behavior.
MBD attorneys are harassing me. This even after I pay my account monthly with them and have an agreement on place. Everyday calls before 7:30am in the morning. This morning ,A SATURDAY MORNING, when I received the call I was told to accept that they will call me before 8am. I asked for the person to please tell me his name and the company he worked for and he completely refused. I know the number he called me from and it's definitely MBD. This gentleman was extremely rude. I am now blocking all numbers that are associated with this company. I also records my calls MBD.
I am seeking legal advice to deal with this constant harassment.

06 Aug 2020, 12:57So the harassment continues....I get a call today from MBD saying that I have not paid my account. Very strange that, I even asked the person who called if they are sure....they were adamant that no payment was reflecting. So after that accusation, I sent the proof of payment to them, which was made on the 30 July. Not a call or mail apologising.
I urge any company that uses MBD to reassess your relationship with them. It isn't just their name they are tarnishing, it's yours as well.

Your consultants also just put the phone down when I ask them to check their bank accounts for my payment before calling. Your calls will not be answered, please email me should you need any info.

23 Dec 2020, 09:37Once again the harassment continues. I have agreements in place with you on my accounts. You don't need to call me 82 times within a 60 day period. Stop the harassment. cc credit ombudsmen and council for debt collectors.
