MBD HARASSMENT AND FALSE REPORTING

I have been dealing with MBD Incorporated for many years and are at this stage fed up with their harassment. I will either receive missed calls or rude consultants that put the phone down in my ear in the middle of the conversation. I do acknowledge that at this point I do lose my temper from time to time, I do try to be friendly. After the missed or hung-up phone calls I will receive a sms thanking me for the arrangement made. On some occasions when I do get to have a full conversation, I request an itemized ledger due to the fact that I do not agree with their amount outstanding the consultant will promise to send it via email. Two (2) years later I am still waiting. I have also requested no more phone calls only emails, as well as a senior representative to contact met, yet again death ears. At this point I am contemplating no further payment and action against the firm for harassment and false reporting as no one will bother to get this sorted out, then why should I.
