MBD Harassment - Against the LAW
ABSOLUTELY HARRASSMENT. MBD has been calling me DAILY on my company phone. Some of the times I call back - wasting company time and money on these to tell them that they have the wrong number. They have made notes and I have spoken to a Manager there, but still they keep on phoning - wasting my time and company money. I am literally talking about daily calls. Everyday - sometimes even on weekends. It is just not on - and it seems like I am not the only one. They just keep on doing it. As attorneys, surely they must be aware that it is against the law? What are they doing over there? I WOULD NEVER USE MBD for anything.

14 Feb 2023, 11:01This is a generic reply to ALL the complaints. I have been talking and complaining for a couple of months now. The incompetence at MBD cost my company thousands already - As it is seen as personal calls, I have to pay for calls made from my company phone. Your representative's will phone during work hours - every time from a different number. I have to call back as it could be a client, but then it is MBD again. I had to walk out meetings to attend to MBD calls but yet they keep on calling - doesn't matter how many times "the number is removed" or "I have sent an email to IT".
And reading through the complaints - I am not the only one being harassed by MBD.

It is ********** that MBD is allowed to get away with this kind of harassment - Basically *****ing time from people - costing my company valuable time and money.
