MBD harassment

I am so tired of mbd harassment, due to the rcs account. I lost my job last year January i then called the rcs to tell them about it and was requested to email them my ui19 form together with the loss of income form they had sent me but guess that did not make any difference i am getting harassed by mbd until to date! How many times am i supposed to explain that i am not working? Why are they're calls being recorded in the first place if you gonna explain your situation and send all the required documents but still get harassed? I am so fed up i am fed up!
