MBD harassment
My municipal account was handed over to MBD for collection, I asked them to send me the details of the account and after 2 weeks and hundred calls I received nothing. I then went to the municipality to sort out the account and asked them to pull back the account from MBD as they were of no assistance. I made a separate arrangement with the municipality and they confirmed they closed the account with MBD. I am still getting up to 15 calls a day from them and have now asked them countless times to put the account on hold as I have confirmed with the municipality but this is not happening.
