MBD Harassment

I have been receiving numerous calls from MBD over the last couple of weeks regarding another persons outstanding debt. i have repeatedly requested that they need to remove my number but I keep on being harassed from different numbers. What is most concerning for a supposedly legal company, is when I am requesting to speak or get the details of their Information officer, the agent or even switchboard does not even know what I am talking about, never mind who the person is ... Total and blatant disregard for Popia as well as the PAIA regulations. To make maters worse, agents simply put the phone down when I start asking questions. I have lost my temper on numerous occasion of which I am not proud but one can only stand so much harassment and stupidity.
