MBD harassing my workplace yet again

"My husband was sentenced to 18 years imprisonment. He has been in prison since August 2023 as per documentation sent to Dirextaxis / Edgars / MBD. His Edgars & Directaxis accounts was handed over to MBD Attorneys. For some reason, they have started phoning my work, asking if they can talk to him because according to MBD, he was employed at MY WORK. I have previously phoned them and told them that he is in jail. I have sent documentation confirming his imprisonment to every single e-mail address I could possible find for Edgars / Directaxis / MBD. MBD sent a letter of handover etc because they have been attempting to reach him. It seems as if they don't understand what it means to be in prison. He is not ignoring anyone. HE IS IN JAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It seems that they choose to ignore this simple fact. The fact that I got asked for his new residential address and contact number for the jail, shows the level of incompetence. Your claim that you haven't been able to reach him is false. I am going to spell it out again: HE IS NOT IGNORING YOU. HE IS IN JAIL. HE IS NOT ABLE TO WORK / E-MAIL / GET PHONE CALLS. Please get your facts straight. Look at the hundreds of e-mails sent to Edgars & Directaxis, get your facts straight and then send letters of demand. Do not contact my workplace again."

Above is the previous complaint I made on this very site regarding MBD. They have, in the meantime, acknowledge receipt of the documentation confirming that my husband is in prison. But again, they are back to harassing me at my work, looking for my husband. Don't contact my workplace ever again, this is now probably the 100th time i have made this request. Your offices has a document confirming his imprisonment. Have you not updated your records, do you not understand what it means if he is in prison. Once again, he is not ignoring you, HE IS IN PRISON. DO NOT CONTACT MY PLACE OF WORK AGAIN.
