MBD harassing me for an account I am paying every month - again!!!!!????.
Again harassing me MBD?
For an account from the same time frame which I have been diligently paying every month?
From someone telling me they are working from home as well?
6 calls from Saturday to date, plus multiple smses as well?
And then your agent cant give me her superiors number or put me through to him?

How many times have we had issues now with one another MBD? Not the first time I have complained about this business on hellopeter in fact.
The oumbudsman should investigate, audit and initiate the closure of this collection agency in my opinion.

Also with attached statement.
On this statement it indicates that MBD have added interest and other charges to the amount of R121.83 in less than two weeks!!!!!
This means that in effect buy roughly the end of June, i would owe a sum total of at least R450 thus negating my monthly payment!!!!
Is this not ******ion?????

So MBD finally sends me a snotty email.
