MBD HARASSING ME BUT DEBIT ORDER RUNNING FOR TRUWORTHS
Harassing me for a debit order that went off. Insisting that it didn’t go off, I must check again. Also asking for someone else, do you’ll not know who you’ll phone??? Call received at 9.12am from +27 (76) *** What is so difficult for your agents to understand. It’s so stupid, yes I used that word on the call. I’ve been harassed 10 times a day even after telling many agents that I set up a debit order directly with Truworths. Best you’ll not be charging me for stupid calls and stupid sms & emails WHEN I HAVE COMITTED TO PAYMENT
