MBD Harassing me

Good day

I recieved a settlement discount on my Capfin loan account for me to pay by a certain date, i honoured my end of the deal and paid the amount via debit order. A few days later i started getting calls from different cellphone numbers telling me that i have an outstanding amount due for payment, and i am getting these call everyday now. I keep telling these consultants that I have made a settlement amount for this account and that I need to receive my Paid up latter, i keep getting empty promises that they will have a look at the matter, to date , I have sent a screenshot from my transactions from my banking app as i cannot get POP for debit order items to *** whom i was promised by one of the consultants that he would be sending me the paid up letter.
