MBD harassing me

Good day

I'm doing this on behalf of my Dad. MBD has been harassing him for the last few months. I have taken over the responsibility in calling and emailing MBD to proof the account was paid I have the email proof of the people I have been dealing with and since the 22/03/2018 no response that the account is paid only phone calls that we need to pay and sms everyday saying we need to pay. On Thursday the 12/04/2018 I call again spoke to Kabelo who has no recognition of emails I send to Jane Khumalo and Nompumelelo Malombo she then asked me to send it to ********** still no feedback but low and behold another and and sms.

I'm really feed up of this and my dad is sick and can't deal with this. Thinking of taking this further.
